Skin & Sticks

Skin & Sticks is a double-ended, perfect bound book that celebrates and explores the history and semantic change of both definitions of the word “Tattoo”.

All of the entries are in chronological order, so that it takes the reader on a journey over time to understand how both definitions of the word has developed. The binding of the book cover is in a ‘Z’ shape, meaning that the book can be read either way, depending of which definition the reader wishes to start with.
